Preparation:
Step 1:

Slice chicken breast thickly and place into the following marinade for 30 minutes: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, finely chopped clove of garlic, 1 tsp honey.

After marination, sauté the chicken until done.

Step 2:

Spread salsa on a toasted slice of unleavened rye Kusher bread. Arrange fresh spinach on top of the salsa, and place the chicken on top. Enjoy!
